Hi, I'm Archie, a 22 year old from Nottingham who graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in International Development with Economics last year. I love watching and playing football, golf, tennis and hockey, and I've been building things with computers since I was a kid.
Started with building PCs, then gaming, then game development, then websites. Never studied computer science formally — just kept making things. When ChatGPT came out I was on it immediately, and I've watched every generation of model get meaningfully better since. At some point it clicked that I could build real products with this.
I taught myself to code properly through AI — what people now call vibe coding. Started with a foundation of knowing how computers work, how the web works, and what good software feels like to use. The models got good enough that I could build real things with them.
Rheos
I started building rheos.app in September 2025 with Hugo — a uni mate who studied Computer Science. I got him up to scratch with how to vibe code and now we build together. Half the battle is just keeping up with how fast the tooling advances.
Rheos is an AI-powered social media content app for small businesses.
There are 5.7 million businesses in the UK. Most know they should be posting on social media. Most don't have the time, budget, or expertise to do it properly.
Rheos is AI-first. Brand identity feeds into every generation. A formula system encodes content strategy so the AI isn't generating generic slop — it's generating on-brand, on-strategy content. Text, images, carousels, video. Schedule and publish to Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
We're open to the public now. Real users, real billing, real publishing.
How we build
There are two of us. Hugo focuses on AI model training and the mobile app. I do the rest — frontend, backend, AI pipelines, video engine, infrastructure, everything else. We both use Claude Max daily against a shared knowledge base.
The development setup is the most leveraged part. 20+ MCP servers give Claude access to our entire infrastructure. Custom skills encode every architectural decision. A knowledge vault gives persistent memory across sessions. Between us and the AI tooling, we ship at a pace that shouldn't be possible for two people.
We're currently scaling in the Midlands — Nottingham and Derby — before expanding further.
The other projects
Rheos is the focus, but I also build on the side:
Invormed — gives Claude access to my investment portfolio. My dissertation was on the democratisation of investing — Invormed is that thesis made into software.
Nutripedia — evidence-based supplement research platform. Same democratisation angle — making clinical research accessible to normal people.
Both on the backburner while Rheos scales, but the patterns and tech transfer between everything.
I'll continue to post updates and guides — based on my experience building, updates in the AI space, and Claude Code best practices. Trying to share the lessons I've learnt over the last 7 months.
